QUESTION: Do you accept students from outside the USA?

RESPONSE: Absolutely! We have students from Canada, Australia, Great Britain, Ireland, India, and even China (Hong Kong).

QUESTION: What kinds of people typically enroll?

RESPONSE: We get people from all walks of life and with all levels of experience in Astrology. Some people join to learn more about Astrology, whether as a career or for a hobby. I recently saw an old friend at a party, whom I hadn't seen in a really long time. She was shocked that I hadbecome an Astrologer.

"For real?" she asked. "Really?"

I asked why all the surprise.

"I just thought you'd do something more...serious," she said.

I replied, "Well, what could be more serious than giving hope, direction and insight for people?"

As we continued, she was fascinated to learn how Astrology can offer so much to people. Our conversation brought home to me how important it is to do the work that we do.

Practicing Astrologers have an immense advantage over almost every other modern professional:

We have over 6,000 years of compiled, studied and researched information to help people find heir true "guiding" stars. That's a big responsibility. People have lost sight of that, because they only read entertaining newspaper horoscopes or think about that friend who dabbled in Astrology enough only to give them disjointed information about themselves.

They don't know that a Practicing Astrologer can make a chart come alive enough to talk about real people, real issues and real circumstances. If people knew, then they'd keep an Astrologer on retainer just as some keep accountants or lawyers now.

QUESTION: Isn’t Astrology a complex field that takes years of study? How are you able to break it down into a practical system that doesn’t take long to learn?

RESPONSE: Traditionally Astrology is taught in a maddening way. Many teachers cling to theory and arcane ways of teaching. They teach students the equivalent of thousands of years of knowledge – including irrelevant and unnecessary information that doesn’t help anybody become a Practicing Astrologer.

As a result, many of our members come to us after having taken a frustrating and meandering path. They tell us they spent years trying to learn Astrology, but never had the confidence to “put it all together” and go out on their own.

QUESTION: Is there really demand for Astrologers?

RESPONSE: Yes. Millions of people believe in Astrology and millions seek advice about how to be more fulfilled and successful in the world. At the same time, there are certain markets for Astrology that are especially receptive, including parties (especially bachelorette parties), people thinking about getting married, certain types of entrepreneurs and salespeople, new age book stores, select restaurants, artists, and people at key transition points in their lives (e.g., retirement, new career, new relationships). We show you how to market your services to reach these and other types of desirable clients.

QUESTION: Do you have to be psychic or have special abilities to practice Astrology?

RESPONSE: No, you don’t need any special abilities. Astrology is a precise ritual and we show you how to interpret a birth chart systematically, step-by-step.

At the same time, you have a certain amount of empathy and intuition – everyone does. This comes in handy in anticipating and responding to client needs.

QUESTION: I've been studying astrology for about 30 years and probably have almost every astrology book there is. I really would like to take the plunge and begin to do astrology professionally, and am hoping your program will be the kick in the pants I need to get started. I think I've almost gotten to the point of having too much information, so it becomes difficult to simplify enough to just do it. I think I worry too much that I will miss something, or not include everything I want to in an interpretation. I guess I should just start with the basics and trust that there will be enough information to be meaningful to a client. What do you advise?

RESPONSE: You have to accept a very important thing in a field as rich and deep as astrology: You will miss something. It's a question of what you miss. It's important not to miss the important things, like what answers or issues that a client needed to have addressed. Likewise, it's important to focus on important aspects and issues of a person's chart. For instance, if you spend half a session talking about an irrelevant relationship between two planets, you are wasting that person's time. You want to focus on what speaks to you for that person to hear, and that's what's important in a session, especially an astrological reading. To talk about everything in a person's chart in an hour or hour and a half is to burden your client with too much that WILL NOT prove useful.

QUESTION: I’m new to Astrology but think it would be a great career. I really don’t know anything about it. Are you sure you can teach me what I need to know?

RESPONSE: If you are committed to doing a little bit of study, we can teach you a system to become a Practicing Astrologer quickly and efficiently. See the above question for more details.

QUESTION: I know some Astrologers but they seem to struggle to make a living. Why?

RESPONSE: There are two reasons most Astrologers struggle.

First, they fail to market their services effectively. Many Astrologers think that marketing is a dirty word, something that is undignified.

Marketing can be undignified, if you follow some of the pushy approaches of the used car salesmen. But marketing can also be tasteful and effective. In fact, it can educate people about Astrology and how it might be able to help them.

A highly qualified Astrologer who does not market will be less financially successful than a competent but not stellar Astrologer who makes marketing a priority. That is a sad but true fact.
